How to Remove Collected Telemetry Data on Windows 10?

1.     Click to launch Settings window.
2.     Then, click on Privacy option.
3.     Click on the Diagnostic & Feedback option.
4.     Next, under the Delete Diagnostic Data, click on the Delete tab.

When the steps are completed, then the diagnostic data will be permanently erased from your device. If you are using Windows 10 with a Microsoft account, then you may need to sign into your account to delete all your extra data.
